Ik that Chelsea was flanderized in That's so Raven but was she flanderized even more in Raven's home?

I have looked through all of what’s available on Disney plus and I haven’t seen this episode but I’m wondering if it’s a fever dream or if it really existed. I don’t remember the whole premise of it, but I swear there was an episode where raven created this short, red fringe/beaded dress and an older lady ends up wearing the dress instead. Does anyone else remember this one? What was the title???

Hi, I remember an episode where Tanya advises one of the characters to write a letter and instead of sending it, he or she should keep it or take it away so that his or her worries would go away. Do you know the name of this episode?

If my calculations are correct, Booker and Nia would've been born circa 2006. The problem is That's So Raven ended in 2007 (with Cory in the House going from 2007 to 2008). If I'm correct, then this is a major continuity error. Now the question is, have they gave reasoning for why this is? (if they have even acknowledged it) If so, let me know.
