He's Got The Power is the fifteenth episode of Season 2 of That's So Raven. It originally aired on Disney Channel on July 9, 2004.
Plot[]
Eddie gets psychic powers and brags about it which makes him popular and making Raven mad at him. Meanwhile, Cory gets hooked into this Crime Disco movie, "Undercover Disco Divas".

Trivia/Goofs[]
- When the Baxters were watching Undercover Disco Divas, the woman with the red wig was called Coffee and the one with the blonde wig was called Cream. When Raven and Chelsea dressed up like them, it was the opposite.
- Undercover Disco Divas was meant to be filmed in the '70s. Back then, it was against the law to show your belly button on television. Coffee and Cream show their belly buttons.
- It seems odd that Cory wasn't punished for misbehaving in school and forbidden to attend 70s Night.
- As the characters watch the TV in the Chill Grill, the news anchor mentions that "Pearman's Comet" can be seen that night for the first time in 100 years. Pearman is Raven-Symone's last name.
- Raven breaks the fourth wall in this episode when Eddie's entourage comments he should have his own show, but Raven says that’s a ridiculous thought and asks who would watch a show about a teen psychic; Chelsea agrees with Raven before Raven looks at the camera with a grin on her face and a raised eyebrow.
- When Raven, Chelsea, Sonny, Eddie, Tanya, & Victor are all in the Chill Grill together, Tanya reveals that Sonny's real name is actually Sanford in which after Tanya says his real name, Sonny replies that his name is Sonny now. These names can be a reference to the older TV show Sanford and Son.
- The episode title is a pun on the song The Power by the German group Snap!, which features the line, "I've Got The Power" throughout said song.
- With Eddie temporarily having the power to see the future, this plot is similar to that of the Saved By The Bell episode The Gift, where Screech is struck by lightning and is able to temporarily see things in the future, but it eventually wears off by the end of the episode (as was the case with Eddie).

- Eddie: Would y'all watch that?!
- Raven: Okay, now that is just ridiculous. I mean, who would watch a show about a teen psychic?
- Chelsea: Uh, no. (Raven looks into the camera and smiles with a raised eyebrow)
- Tanya (to a puzzled Sonny): Wait a minute. Aren't you Gloria and George's little boy? Sanford?
- Sonny: I'm Sonny now.
- Victor: Well, Sonny Now. (laughs) So what've you been up to?
- Raven: Oh, I'll tell you, Dad. (walks over to Sonny) A little bit of-a little bit of gamblin', threatenin' Eddie, a little bit of that.
- Sonny: (to Raven) It's none of your business. (Raven turns around and walks back over to Eddie and Chelsea)
- Tanya: (walks over to Sonny while gently pushing Victor back a little, and Sonny turns back to her) Oh, it's going to be your mother's business when I call her.
- Sonny: Oh, come on. You don't need to call my mom.
- Tanya: Victor, your phone, please. (Victor rummages around in his Afro wig, finds his phone and hands it to Tanya)
- Sonny: (looks shocked, realizing Tanya is right) Oh, please don't call my mom! I'll be grounded for a year! Come on! (sees Tanya's look, and takes off, running like a girl)
- Eddie And I was afraid of that guy?
- Raven: Eddie, can I speak to you?
- Eddie: Actually, I'm with my people here.
- Raven: Oh! Hi, people... (whispers to Eddie) Get your psychic little butt over there.
- Eddie: But...
